The purpose of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) is to provide leadership development training to personnel (career and technical education, special education, rehabilitation, employment and training, subject content areas, and other related personnel) for improving and expanding career, technical, training, and employment opportunities and support services for youth and adults and non-traditional learners.
